Does your company sell to other countries?

If so, how do they go about currency exchange, as well as the time change difference?

We do, and we quote everyone in USD--they are smart enough to figure it out in their local currency. Our subscription billing platform does the exchange for us and charges in their local currency.

Ahh that is pretty cool! Pretty neat billing subscription.

Been selling into Canada recently and the conversion rate has been very kind!

Our platform for quoting, handles the currency conversion based on the USD and is updated every 24hours.

That is pretty good. I think the consistent update is definitely a great thing.

we do couldnt tell you about the currency exchange though thats one of accounts problems to deal with. I know we bank/ send & receive money in GBP, USD and RMB. Time differene ins one of those things where you just have to do what you gotta do to get the job done. If that means a few late or early emails/ calls then its done

Local for local when it comes to reps. Currency is adapted in the pricelist.

We're a global company, but we don't sell to foreign to foreign, yet our CRM has a ton of leads from other countries. Doesn't make sense, but the million dollar thinkers at corporate say they know what they're doing.
