We have 1 person on sales enablement. It's been hit or miss throughout my time here. Sometimes we have someone running this and other times not. Unfortunately, I haven't seen huge value but I think there could be a lot of potential for someone to make an impact with this role
Our Sales Enablement is awesome and super helpful. They do a great job of putting together resources and content in an easily accessible way. Role play sessions along with trainings over time to keep us sharp and keep learning to better ourselves.
I think its great to have someone in this role so you aren't only relying on your boss for this type of help. Just another resource to help you grow.
Curious if anyone has a different opinion on the role in general.
