Don't Forget to Upvote!!!

Hey Folks - I don't know if you have noticed, but upvoting/downvoting is a key feature for this community in getting the right content in front of the the community. I see a TON of posts with dozens of comments on them (which would likely mean its a solid topic) with zero upvotes on the top line of the thread. Remember, the success/value everyone gets from a community like this is in how we all engage with it. Takes a millisecond to vote up/down a post.
