Hi savages, it's ya boy coming at you with some (obvious, maybe even mundane) advice.
I am currently down 30 lbs since Christmas. I ballooned up to 250 after Christmas and decided that I was sick and tired of being the office fat guy. Losing the weight wassimple; I track calories, exercise more and generally don't eat like an idiot like I used to. Life, I can say, is MUCH more enjoyable for the following reasons:
1.) I can sleep on my back more comfortably without my stomach crushing my diaphram.
2.) My joint pain (mainly knees and ankles) is diminished
3.) I don't huff and puff while I'm walking up the stairs, up hills etc.
4.) I'm in a better mood on average
5.) I perform better at work and my sales are better!!! (Probably due to boost in confidence)
I'm sharing this with you all because at one point in my life, I accepted the fact that I was a fat dude and that weight loss was impossible for me. Not true at all. If you're looking to lose weight, stick to the diet, stick to the exercise, stick to the goal. You can stop, but you can't go backwards.
If any of you all want accountability/someone to talk with, please reach out at anytime.
