Does anyone work or know someone who works at Dragos? I read they compensate pretty well but would love to hear from folks about the sales environment and product market fit.

Repvue and connect with people from that company as well on Linkedin, maybe you will have more immediate feedback.
I'd look for ex-employees too. Always more open about what it was like working there whether it be negative or positive.
Assuming someone is willing to share, this would be the best way to get accurate information.
