To be honest, this was not a long sales cycle as it's an upsell to one of my existing customers but it IS a substantial upsell and I wanted to share as we can sometimes forget to approach existing customers when all the deals in your pipe are hot new labels.
Don't forget to keep a good relationship (if your role allows for it) because over time you can approach them and remind them why they're with you, while getting that cash at the same time.
Remember it's not all about function, but about what it can really do to impact your customer's business.
