I always try to work from 5am- 2pm, as I find I am most effective during these hours and like having my afternoons free. Thoughts?

Lmao I got up at 3:55. WFH life. I was assigned the shift on a rotational basis. I was coming from a night shift role so it was a step up.ย

I'm a morning person so I start early but not at 4 or 5 am. I workout at 5am then start my workday between 7 and 7:30 but finish around 6 or 8pm depending on my workload.
Iโve tried that workout in the morning thing I can never wake up enough foe that ๐ย

I am a machine from 7am to 1pm - and then I fade fast post lunch. Most of my afternoons (2pm - 6pm) is reporting, review and planning.ย

I cannot fathom the hours of all of you early birds. I'm a late night owl myself. I love using mornings (7:30am-9am) to meditate, work out, and read news/check emails before starting my day. My zone when I'm cranking product is around 3pm - 7pm (usually when I have no meetings).ย
7-8:55am SLEEP. Rush to the coffee pot then redundant zoom call that couldโve been an email. Camera off of course! One day Iโll get my shit together.ย
