I do 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats, and run 1 mile - everyday. I've been doing it every day for a month and started seeing major changes on the scale this week (down 20 pounds in 30 days)!

I was pretty proud that negotiated our legal to accept some client redlines to bring in a deal. Our legal rarely moves and it took a lot of begging. But I’m not above that!

We talked through options, risks, tradeoffs and he left the call with a clear sense of what he needs to do and some tough decisions he needs to make.  I lost that deal by doing the right thing - felt good.  Hope he remembers when he's ready to invest.
