Keep it short. Even if you're using a template, add some minor personalization so it doesn't feel canned (LinkedIn is best for this). Don't give away everything you plan to discuss if they take the meeting (if you put everything in the email, they don't need to talk to you).

Run A/B testing on subject lines and email bodies to find the most efficient messages. Take out product features and talk about them and how you can help with your solution. Very broad but hope it helps a bit

Make it like a text message. If theyโ€™re scrolling on their phone, youโ€™re doing it wrong.

This about this: would you want someone talking at you for that long? Thatโ€™s the vibe a bad catch-all email gets

If youโ€™re going to take the time to tailor an email, you might as well pick up the phone and call.

Normally I call, but many times the database that the company gives us are only emails...

Are you seeing a lot of bounce rates? Open rates could be due to a lot of factors including you landing into spam.

as @BlueJays2591mentioned A/B test is always a good idea to see which version is reaping the best results. Check if the words you use in the subject is Spammy.

Yes,I thought about spam too, but I don't think it's that, maybe it's the length or the visual aspect of the email.

Short, crisp. Talk to them in their language. Meaning, if they talk informal on LinkedIn, ride the wave. If they are extremely formal on LI, go that way!
Gifs?
Video prospecting?
Voice notes?
Just a nudge with no definitive CTA?

I would do it normally but the company requires that the language must always be the same
