Email Disconnect DAMAGE

Yo yo. We use Hubspot as our CRM (linked to gmail) and are enrolling about 30-50 leads in sequences a day. Something happens where I think we're flagged as spam and google locks up our google accounts (gmail, calendar, EVERYTHING) so our sequences get unenrolled and we have to back pedal. Tips for this? Thoughts? Prayers?

this sounds like you're getting reported for scam too much on the other end. how relevant are these new prospects and at what rate are they unsubscribing or responding positively? how many days in between touches?

How many days in a row is your team enrolling 30-50 new contacts in a new sequence?
And how many auto emails are within those sequences?

If your sequences are 3-5 auto mails, and you’re doing 30-50 new enrollments, that’s 1200 emails being sent per day, per account by day 5.

Ouch.. Sounds like gmail is cracking down on you guys.

Look at your licensing and maybe adjust your cadence.. Under 200/day is usually fine. Might you getting flagged as spam for any other reasons?

Here's what you need to stop doing:

1. Scheduling >20 emails which get sent at a particular time
2. Mass Email the same content to everyone
3. Send emails to irrelevant people
4. Have spammy stuff in your email (multiple links/words like "Free" or "Offer" or "Sex")
