EMEA Sales: How should we plan for the Europe summer?

Hi folks,


Here's context to this question: Q3 is upcoming, for those of us who're dealing with EMEA region (Or just Europe) - There's summer holidays coming up - and with it all the OOO emails coming in.


Looking for suggestions on how to get the most out of the quarter. Something like timing your emails for certain country etc etc.


Dealing with this territory for the first time. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!

For active deals make sure you're communicating and understanding when your stakeholders are in or out.

Half the time they haven't even thought about the impact holidays will have and it allows you both to be more realistic on milestones & timelines and open up channels of communication within their org.
