End of Q3 Check-in - Champagne or Job Change?

My savage crew,


We're approaching the end of the Q3 (T-minus 1 week for me).


How we all doing?

Who's soaring above the clouds?

Who's close but no cigar?

Who's sprinting for safety?

And who's already moved on?


For myself, mixed bag smashed some metrics and others were ehh, but helping the company build out its process from scratch so it be Gucci.

Just closed my second-biggest deal in my pipe last week that gets me to 92% of my annual number. 

Got my personal biggest and 3rd biggest deal in the company set to close this week that will get me way past my number and within a few thousand of Pres Club. 

Was a slow start to the year but momentum into the backend is hopefully paying off.

To hit quota, I just need to close one more deal. The only one that looks feasible is one that’s been ongoing since June 2020 (our sales cycle is usually a few weeks to a few months). They are waiting for “final approval” and “there is nothing left for us to do, they hope to have the all-clear by friday” so I’m sweating it!
