I go twice a month usually and its been a huge help. Even if I dont feel like I NEED it per se, Iโm thankful beyond measure I have gone
I used to - and I feel like I should probably do it again. Would really help to have an professional unbiased opinion on how I handle things. I mean, we all gotta be a bit numb or our jobs would eat us alive.
