Depends on:

- What the earning potential is for each employer

- Why those numbers are the way they are. What are each of the companies selling? A company selling military technology is going to have way fewer prospects and accounts than a company selling video calling software...

- A myriad of other things including long term growth opportunity, company culture, perks/benefits, etc.

The existing accounts - are they under contract? Any upsell opportunity? Or are they locked in to the previous rep and you won't see a dime?

We need a little more info please.

Enterprise should be a 50/50 split if you're full cycle. You want to upsell accounts and give work to the engineers on your staff but you need new accounts coming in so you don't see portfolio degradation.
