Enterprise sales pipeline coverage-who has enough?

For those of you who are enterprise sales reps (200k average deal size plus in this case) does anyone truly have a marketing team that actually helping to provide coverage for pipeline or is it all self generated?

90% self generated with a small amount coming from inbound leads, thats about the best we get with the marketing lol

Agreed, sometimes I think it’s even higher than that.

Once in a blue moon, we'll receive an inbound inquiry with real legs. Otherwise, it's all self generated. This is pretty standard in most enterprise level sales orgs though.

We get inbounds more often than most, but they’re often smaller transactional deals (we focus on enterprise sales with six figure price tags, but do have products that sell for $30k-$60k in our portfolio as well). Either that or they’re tire kickers that get DQd quickly
