Ever have a boss get fired for your team’s (as a whole) lack of performance?

Just experienced this, only been in the position for 3 months and already experiencing massing turnover within leadership. Comission structure is awful. Is it time to jump ship?

That’s sad, not necessary they will let the sales team go. We had restructuring lately and instead we hired more people but again depends from company to company.

How other peers are performing? If you don’t make money there is mo strong reason to stay back.

Not mine - but I have seen one too many companies and leadership do that.
My own ex company did that to a manager who didn't apparently get the numbers high!
