Knowing the backend processes of our company. I spent a few years in other departments and know the process in and out. (procurement/sourcing/invoicing/that sort of thing)

Cold calling/booking appointments. I still don't love doing it, but I seem to fare better than my colleagues. I think it's a combination of natural ability and training I've received from my employer, other salespeople, and books/videos I've taken in.

I’m extremely good looking. I was born with it but sometimes (like once a week) I have to work out and dress moderately well so yeah I’ve had to work for it a bit.
