Favorite gift to send to Enterprise customers

Starbucks gift cards are so... 2019. Looking for more creative ways to make customers feel the love when they help champion a deal or navigate legal/procurement. Our company has an awful process for sending customers branded swag so I take matters into my own hands.

I've done a couple personalized Etsy gifts, garage signs, etc. but I'm looking for more ideas on gifts that customers love to get $100 or less.

What are your favorite gifts to send to customers?

Also, I always find it awkward trying to get a home address but most people are working from home nowadays. Digital gifts are great, but any other ideas on workarounds for this?

I just do food gift cards (Uber eats, DoorDash, etc.). Most of my customers are still WFH, and we all know life is busy. I don’t have kids, but if I did I wouldn’t want to get off a call at 5-6pm and then have to deal with making food for the family every day, so being able to take a night off and order food is appreciated.

Anytime I have a big meeting now, I always send a gift card. When I used to have those meetings in person we would bring food anyway, so from an expense perspective it’s no different.

Using a service like Alyce or Sendoso to enable your customers to click on a link and select a gift eliminates the need to chase down an address. However, if you are ok asking for an address for the purpose of sending something that you ship yourself, you could do that. Last time we took a poll, Yetis were the winner - I can't imagine that has changed much.

We use sendoso, I tend to send something related to a life event - they love college basketball and NCAA coming up? Here's an UberEats card. Wedding in the family? Wine/Champers GC.

Alyce and sendoso will automate the majority of this and search prospects socials for a gift of their choice. It’s pretty cool. If those aren’t options, slippers, everyone loves slippers

Depends on the budget but we have sent these out before https://bartesian.com/products/the-bartesian and they go down an absolute dream. They can be used alcohol free as well so tends not to cause conflict.
