Feds_Watchin closed a deal for $95k to the IT department

This deal spanned 2 months and 1 day until receiving the PO which is pretty fucking slick for the Federal Government. Anyway This is an existing customer with an ongoing project that had another one on deck with increasing complexity. Our VAT (Virtual Account Team) yes go ahead and cringe, consists of an AE, someone in CS, and if the customer wants to pony up more dough, a TAM. Honestly dumbfounded this came in before EOQ bc the PM could not wrap their head around paying for additional services when they had already paid for a TAM for the year. Unbeknownst to her, this initiative was so niche/complicated that we needed a dedicated resource just to fulfill the proposed SOW. We had like 3 fucking capable people in the entire company. Long story short, cooler heads in the room prevailed. Or so my team thinks. I am of the opinion that this PM's ass was so chapped that they nixed a 3rd workstream which was upwards of +200K. I'm optimistic I can still eventually reel that one in considering they spent $60K on a "workshop" to review use cases.
