I've found my best + most sustained success with my week (generally) looking like this -
Weekend block : carryover items from last week, big goals for this week, any straggler emails / internal admin that needs coverage
Monday : Prospect + account research, prep + agenda sets for that weeks customer meetings
T, W, T : dials, dials, dials - any / all customer + internal meetings
F : catch up, personalized outreach higher up the chain, any / all customer + internal meetings
**caveats - emails, admin + non 'same day essential' prospect deliverables always done in blocks (best I can) before 9a, after 5p, or on the weekend.
