Feel like missing something

I feel as if I am missing something in life, but don't know what is it. Any thought on it?

Trying to use all little time to do something valuable, My job, Career, Life. Doing sports, Active in Social life, Job - But still like anytime I am missing something important, How Should I control or fight this feeling. Makes me so Uncomfortable... Any Advice?

Are you stretching yourself at all? Maybe you're a little uncomfortable being so comfortable. Start a hobby you know you'll suck at, start doing something at work that you hate doing (for me I hate cold calling so really minimised it when I moved into being an AE. I recently started again and it makes me scared every day, but in a good way!)

My thoughts exactly- I've definitely felt like this and since then, I've started volunteering and sometimes I do have to force myself to go through with it but I always come out feeling so much better and relieved. Also, try meditation. It's very hard at first but same humbling feeling after.
