I can barely calculate my income on my own because of how complex it is. I just do my thing and wait to see my commission report.....which always seems disappointing, no matter how much I sell

Absolutely - but we're a small company who likes to pretend to be a big company and makes everything more complicated because it's fun I guess?

I track it all on my own to be safe, but it gets complicated because it depends on when it was billed, what it was, when it was paid, when commission is paid etc etc obnoxious.

Trying to rework the whole plan because I think that'll be easier - so this article helps a ton.
