First time hitting quota since starting in q2-2020

I started at my current job right at the start of the pandemic, and Q4-21 will be the first time I've exceeded quota. Feels good man.

I'm already at the top range of OTE (before getting into management) so jumping ship wasn't making sense with all the issues going on in the mobile ad tech industry with Apple's shenanigans. The leash has been long because of these issues and we're a small team, but I could feel the noose tightening in Q3, so I'm so glad to be here.

Not trying to flex, just happy.
