We understand some of you experienced a vexing bug during our groundbreaking launch of Flex yesterday. Users, both logged in and returning, were undesirably redirected to the War Room home screen instead of the new B2C Flex rep onboarding we innovatively crafted for you.
Let's make one thing clear: such issues undermine the standards we set for ourselves at Bravado.
Here's What We've Done:
We've rectified the error. The problem originated from legacy profiles created on Flex, causing unexpected redirects. This has now been addressed and corrected. Effective immediately, users should be able to navigate and onboard onto Flex without interruptions or unwanted detours.
For those who faced this inconvenience, revisit Flex and proceed with your onboarding as intended. It is imperative that your experience with our platform meets the high standards we've established.
