For all my AEs - How long did it take you to get in your groove when you started out as an SDR?

When I say "groove", I mean when you started to feel like you will hit your quota with no problem, or you know that you can get 20 appts/week - no problem.

This is my second month as an SDR and I'm hitting my quota of dials every day but I'm not getting no where with these DMs. I did great last month and idk what the heck happened.

I'd love to get some insight from you guys. Thanks.

Got lucky in 1st month.
Capitalized on it in 1st Quarter.
Built momentum in next 2 Quarters.
Rest if history.

It took me 3 years as an SDR, had to hit my numbers every single quarter. Then got the first AE gig.
Having said that, I still am an SDR to the core. I still get my own leads.

two months. once I understood the renewal vs new biz game (which counted the same when I was an SDR), I capitalized on renewals and it was over for those hoes.

20 appts/week?? Homie that seems like a lot. U ok?
Our SDRs have a quota of 12 a month. Seems like it takes them abt 3 months to get ramped up.

Lmbo! I might be going too hard on myself haha. I've set a goal for myself every month, and the start of this month is just not it.

SDR's weren't really a thing when I started out.

Hit my stride as an AE pretty quick though.

I’d say it took me 4-6 months to really start getting it.
