I didn't think these were subpar necessarily. Putting my zen hat on, I see taking things as they come, don't get ahead of yourself, stay in the moment and breathe.

Depends on which Chinese place. One local hole in the wall does a killer Hot & Sour soup, but falls short on a few other staples. Another has an incredible wonton soup, excellent orange chicken (favorite of my kids) and fantastic fried rice. The second is my go to for everything but hot & sour - I find theirs not quite spicy enough.
I love potstickers, egg rolls, moo shuโฆbasically all of it. So it depends. :)
