You may have shot yourself in the foot with that email. I always follow up a week later with people like that. Sending them an email immediately after is a sure fire way to get the door slammed in your face.ย

I have learned that lesson the hard way lol. Its hard to not fire off a snarky email in response to their rudeness. Honestly, I had a lady yell at me, called her back 1 month later and she didn't even remember my company, name etc. So yeah give them some space and try again!
