This deal took about 4 months, probably 10+ formal meetings/Demos, multiple security conversations, and a lot of grinding.
Originally wanted a Feb roll out with a Dec/Jan timeframe for signing.
Was able to bring it up almost an entire quarter, Dec 1 launch.
At the end of one of the technical discussions, had the other team almost crying tears of joy for how many problems we could solve.
