Fully Remote Tech Companies? (Or at least close to it)

Hello Bravado,

My wife and I both work in SaaS sales and are based in Dubai. She is accepting an offer from a company where employees mostly work 2 days in the office and the rest of the time from home. What truly makes the offer sexy in my eyes, is the fact that on top of 20+ leave days, each employee can work 10 weeks of the year remotely from wherever they wish, no questions asked. Now if we combine the leave days and the remote working days, we can easily spend 3 months of the year abroad with a mix of holiday and work. This means, that as my next challenge I would prefer to have the same kind of flexibility.

I would love to know what tech companies are out there that support fully remote working, or the above model? I am aware of the hype the likes of Deel, Remote, and other global HR SaaS companies are going through but would love to understand what other companies support this?

Thanks already fellow soldiers.

I would like to upvote this 3x for how good it is. That being said, the list is nowhere near exhaustive because that list would be soooo long. Add Calendly (fully remote), Zapier (never had an office), Celigo (supports remote), Feedonomics (supports remote), Oracle (supports remote), Adobe (supports remote).

Mmm that’s a cool list. However it’s not exactly true for some companies on the list.

Not really, being that I live in Mexico I would just be upfront whenever I interviewed with different companies. I only applied for fully remote positions and when it came time for the interview I would explain my situation.

Most companies don't care so much about your geographical location so much as they do the legal issues around hiring you. With the way I'm set up I'm legally a Wyoming resident and on paper a Wyoming employee. So long as they don't have to mess with the legality of it they likely won't give a shit.

looper just dropped the full list more or less but look into Zapier they been the OG remote-only company since 2012.

There are LOTS of Health Tech companies that are 100% remote. Every recruiter in my inbox is offering full remote. It’s the norm now
