It's sad.
Very much so. Iโve been curious to actually collect more data but this aligns with every org Iโve ever been with. And no women above VP.ย
Oddly enough we have a lot of women in leadership roles, but if you look at the top of our org (C-suite, VPs, etc.) it's ALL white men.ย

Not surprising, but I am glad that there is at least representation across some level of leadership. Hopefully they can break into the Csuite soon. And ya the seminars are the killers haha
