Getting out of a slump?

This is my first sales role and I started during the pandemic. I killed my first two quarters, but the city I'm in has been in a stay-at-home lockdown since November and things are getting rough. I feel like shit all the time and my numbers are starting to reflect that, but it's difficult to find motivation these days... any tips on getting through this?

1) Realize S.A.D.N.E.S.S - none of us have souls anyway
2) Most of us feel the same way, it is not just you so you are not the only one going through it! Keep powering through, it will improve
3) Take some time off. Take a few days and unplug, it helps a lot
4) Give yourself "micro goals" - something to aim for each day
