Also partnered with a couple sales comp firms to aggregate info. Of course all information was anonymized :)

Is this a public report that can be used by a rep as a proof point when negotiating for raises or their new comp? I couldn’t tell on the mobile experience.

edit: I answered my own question. I’d consider remove this from being the login wall so that it can be used as a negotiating tool. Just my $.02.

Well…if the rep says “The Bravado report tells me I should be making this much based off X years of experience and Y location” they’re possibly going to get a “Okay, can you share that report” response. They cannot do that as the link will lead HR or non-sales folks who make comp decisions to a login member wall. That’s the issue I see here from an enablement perspective.

Agree, it would be interesting to see all major cities, but what would be more interesting to me is if there are stats or charts depicting the remote sales roles that are getting paid higher from a city that they don't live in.

I wonder if it’s because so many top SaaS companies establish their Midwest hub in Chicago? So well you’d expect a Chicago rep to make less than an SF rep at any given company…there’s a higher concentration of roles at top paying companies in that city?

I'd be very interested to understand if Bravado has any data behind the average payout ratio in quotas.

I guess just stats that show % of commission paid vs 100% of quota. By sale type (SMB, MM, Enterprise), by role (SDR/AE), and by average deal size and/or company size.

Thanks, not many comps out there for my position: sales and design mgr for commercial plant design and service company. Just made my case for a raise on Monday using some data from here and glass door, and some really good personal performance metrics. Helps that the company just released how well we did last year, up 21%.
