Getting through blacklisted domain...

Need some help / advice. I noticed that one of the prospect companies I've been going after for the past year has never opened a single one of my emails. My assumption is that our company's domain has been blacklisted and that all of my messages have been going to spam. They don't have direct phone lines and I've not been able to find their personal numbers. I've also tried sending outreach from my personal email... I am running out of options. My last resort is hopping on a flight and showing up at their office... Any recommendations on how to get through?!

How narrow is the ICP that this one prospect company is such a big deal? Maybe if you're strategic and have like 5 accounts to go after, but I don't get it.

I totally hear what you're saying. I was probably being a bit dramatic about the flight thing, as I said, "last resort". Just trying to brainstorm other ideas that may have worked for the crew. It is a great question and I appreciate you bringing it up, there are plenty of other fish in the sea.

Just remember people buy for their reasons and not yours. If you think they are a great prospect, but they donโ€™t see reason or need to implement what you are selling then they arenโ€™t a true prospect.

Take a step back and zoom out. What are the trigger events that lead companies to buy what you sell? If the target isnโ€™t experiencing one of those events then it could simply be about timing. The only thing you can do to get around that is to educate. Not about the features and functions of your solutions but for the warning signs that the events are on the horizon.

LinkedIn? Instagram? Personal email ID? So many options other than hopping onto a flight. Is your market size incredibly small, and are they the last company on the list?

I'd say move on.

--> Secret tip - you can ALWAYS find a number for the company. Most companies who post jobs online also will provide "special accommodation" for disabled people. Often there is a phone# attached. Call it and network through that number.

Reading through everyone's comments made me ask, is the type of customer that I want? Someone that I am consistently reaching out to, putting endless effort in but never getting anything in return... sounds like some of my previous relationships lol It's not worth my time and energy if I'm not getting anything out of it. Time to move on for someone who appreciates me and what I have to offer.
