Global BD Manager salary

Any EU resident here? I am a global BD manager in pharma industry (drug ingredients) with almost 15 years of international sales experience. I know my company is underpaying me (so far I stayed because of non-salary related reasons) but looking to establish how much is the gap. I recently got two offers for 105k-110k euro gross/year (sales bonus excluded), do you see this as a fair level?

I'm sure this will vary wildly. Check out RepVue.

Thanks for the suggestion but it looks like very US-oriented? Salary in EU tends to be lower by experience and comparison with colleagues in the US

There's a decent amount of Canadian, but definitely more US.

Haven't looked at EU but your comment doesn't surprise me.

If you like where you work, then take the offer back to them and see if they will match it. I did this with my last job and they stumbled on themselves and said they couldn't match or come close. I moved on and am happier where I am at.

See my comment below, I did it already but itโ€™s taking long and I am getting annoyed about that especially because things are getting worst where I work due to poor top management.

With the euro to dollar currency rate being practically equal, this seems low.

I believe the level in EU is lower than in the US. This is what I get from colleagues working in the US. Also, this is gross, what goes in my pockets is about 55% of it.

is that better than what you are currently making? if you want to stay, take that back to your company and see if they will match it.

Way better, +25k (even though the sales bonus + other benefits are then lower so the gap is softened). I have already spoken to my boss and heโ€™s very supportive but HR is trash there and itโ€™s taking ages. Meanwhile just wanted to test the waters with other professionals in the industryโ€ฆ

Are you happy with the offer?

No, otherwise I would have accepted one of them.

Then negotiate. The worst they can do is say no?

What I meant is that I was not happy with the entire offer, it wasnโ€™t a matter of money, money would have been way more than my current salary. However the point here is to find out if this level is a fair one. If at some point I come across a really interesting offer, Iโ€™ll certainly negotiate but I donโ€™t want to undersell me, thatโ€™s why I am asking for an average level.
