From first call to signature took almost exactly 1 year. As I’m sure you’re all well aware, it’s critical to involve the CFO and their team from the beginning. Not securing a face to face/Video meeting with him cost me 3 extra months of work negotiating, and a second round RFP against the channel which ultimately led to a skinnier NPM and almost $500k of revenue. Always push harder for those high level meetings.
