GOAL INCENTIVES. What does your organization do for hitting personal / team goals? [POLL]

We have monthly team goals and personal goals and we offer incentives to the team for hitting their personal goal and then if we hit the team goal we go out and do something as a team.

Here are some of the things we've done recently as a team:

  • Nice dinner as a team and +1's
  • Golfing
  • Skiing / snowboarding
  • Fly Fishing w/ guides
  • Paintballing

Here are some things we've done for individual AE's hitting their goal:

  • Cash bonuses
  • Staycation (with hotel & Ruth's Chris dinner paid for + spending cash)

I'm curious to hear what your organization has done for you and the team for hitting monthly personal / team goals?

Does your organization offer incentives for hitting goal?

Haha yeah I feel you. That's how it's been at other organizations I've been involved with.ย

I've seen huge benefits from offering team / personal incentives. The biggest benefit is great team culture & chemistry.

Getting out on the golf course, the mountain, or just out dinner as a team has been huge.

So far only two responses but I'm shocked there aren't any extra incentives! Just curious, what do you sell?

Yeah for sure. Presidents Club is definitely different from monthly incentives. How do you determine who hits presidents club? Anyone that hits their sales targets for the year or is it a certain % of the top sales reps?

Also, what has your organization done for previous Presidents Club trips?

It is anyone that hits their annual #, or they take the closest to it which is like top 5 out of 30 reps.ย

It varies between Mexico and the Caribbean every other year, beautiful resorts, all inclusive, and special gifts every day at turn down service.ย

Buying Sceanrio Goals - this is the goals that the buyer wants to achieve within their buying scenario. I.E. if a prospect has a buying scenario for migrating from competitor, maybe their goal in the first 90 days of a new platform is to achieve XYZ functionality/results.

How to over achieve sales targets contentiously (Monthly or Quarterly)? What needs to be done on daily basis to over achieve targets?
