Going from a Start-UP emerging AE to a distinguished company as an Emerging AE. Any tips?

Currently working at a Bay Area start-up as an Emerging Account Executive and am in the late interview stages with a distinguished Bay Area company with over 7K employees for an Emerging Account Executive position. Any tips or tricks I can use to my advantage? (I know there isn't much context here but any help would be greatly appreciated!) Thanks in advance Sales Savages!
