Good Desk Workouts

Since I started my inside sales role, I have been stuck at my desk all day. At my last job, I was working on-site with customers and driving around all day. Since I started working here I have gained unwanted weight. Anyone of you sales beasts have any good workouts while at your desk?


Obviously, this doesn't include the adderall and cocaine you savages indulge in with your breakfast. I tried it, I just end up watching Ludacris videos on youtube from 11 years ago.

I try to stretch every hour and make sure to walk around too. Pelvic exercises while sitting are good for core support.ย

EMOM (every minute, on the minute) 10, adding 2 rep per minute:

4,6,8, etc squats (get that hip below the knee...no half reps)
4 alternating reverse lunges (knee to ground)
4 v-ups (touch your damn shins, at least)

The round of 16 is MUY SPICY. If you can't get at least 10 seconds rest, peel off a rep each and stay there.ย

Leg raises for core. I do dips in my chair as well and push ups between tasks. Don't forget to stretch too! Put one leg on top of the other (rest it on your thigh/above your knee) and slowly lean forward, works wonders for the lower back
