Google account was just disabled

Has this ever happened to any of you before? My account was disabled for violating the Google Workspace Acceptable Use Policy.

My boss is having me send like 500 emails a day to people who've signed up for the company's newsletter. Maybe I'll have to do cold-calling from now on instead. Nooooooooo!

Is there a way to prevent this in the future besides stop sending out hundreds of emails? I've been sending them with sequences in Hubspot.

Weird, this happened to someone in my org this week. Maybe Google has been cracking down on spamming? I haven't encountered this before, but I will keep an eye out.

Also, take some time off maybe every other week to send highly specific emails, or send in smaller loads: ie 5 groups of 100 vs 500 all at once.

This has happened to me many times. Ensure through wherever you're getting emails that you're taking the top 98% verified, as bounce rate can trigger that account suspension. ZoomInfo has a toggle to choose the quality of info you get.

Also make sure you're sending to appropriate people. Tons of prospects marking your email as "spam" if it's something they really don't care about can trigger too.

You are given an account list with over 250 accounts (no salesforce, you have to work off an excel sheet), what steps/processes do you implement to ensure all accounts are being touched? How many do you target a week? Month? Etc.

If you could shut down one company's LinkedIn account, who would it be, and why would it be Gong?
