Way back in the day. I had a fiancé peace out on me two months prior to wedding. The next 6 months was a solid rotation of cigarettes, drinking and law and order SVU when I wasn’t crushing my targets. (I tend to distract myself with work)

Rough. Don't know why the lows always seem to happen and hit so hard but it makes the highs that much better when they happen. Virtually pouring one out for you.
BRO. I went through a divorce years ago and had to deal in a similar role. Best thing you can do is try to segment your mind – hyper focus on work and pretend private life doesn't exist while you're there. Pulling for you man.
A failed relationship is never easy for a magnitude of reasons, but you can take the extra time you're going to have and use it for self-development and skill refining instead of focusing on someone else. Whenever one of my past relationships ended, I always found myself more focused on my own growth, performance, and happiness. In turn, I always found myself landing better opportunities and relationships to replace what I thought I had lost. At the end of the day, if a person isn't right for you, they are only going to block your blessings and throw off your game.
A lot of the advice here is pretty self destructive. Have a drink or 3 for sure but dont send yourself into oblivion. Wont fix nothing. Rather get outside and do some exercise, ideally a high adrenaline activity book a white water rafting holiday or whatever. High adrenaline activities i find take your mind off everything.
