I think we live in a world where we can acknowledge that someone has objectively achieved some level of success.. I guess money in this case?
That being said, I think he represents a toxic culture/brand that I would want nothing to do with.
There's so many inspiring leaders and people to find motivation from, he doesn't do it for me.

There's something about him I don't quite trust. Makes me feel uneasy.ย
I don't look up to him as a mentor on how to live my life - I don't idolize anyone in that way. But he did go from drug addict living a rough life to being an independently wealthy millionaire who's able to employ people and give back to the community. I have to give him props for that.ย
Grant represents a lot of younger guys mentalities, not very well educated, a bit of a chip on their shoulder and generally pissed off at the world.ย
Grant promises that success can be attained simply but becoming obsessed with it, and putting everything on the line for your goals, this resonates a lot with the younger crowd and because of that they look up to him.
A lot of these younger kids don't have mentors in their direct circle, they see their inner circle might not be where they want to be and grant's everywhere on youtube and social media giving out advice better than anyone else in their circle is telling them.
Throw in an arrogant ego, private jet and a few million bucks and Grant sells the dream to the younger crowd like a kid in a candy store.
He exists for a reason, I think he's bad but had an overall positive net benefit to society. Not to mention, if he wasn't there, someone else would be, when a market exists people will build products for it.ย

Not a fan. When the pandemic hit Grant Cardone laid off 80 of his workers with out pay or notice. That's almost half is work force. I don't understand how someone could have the audacity to flaunt jets and cars on social media, but then so quickly unemploy people with families.ย
