Alright, I'm a sales veteran. I've done everything from door2door to large enterprise tech sales. Get me a meeting and my close ratios are pretty stellar, as is my relationship building. All of that said, I've lost my edge when it comes to breaking into new accounts, somehow. My cold calling skills are rusty AF, etc.
I'm building a territory for a company that has not had any significant presence in my region. There aren't any real partnerships to speak of. The culture here is about as passive aggressive as it gets and everybody thinks they're smarter than the next person.
I want to hear some of the badasses on this site talk about their multi-pronged approaches to breaking a new territory, with a new company, wide the fuck open.
I've been around a long time...all that has taught me is I still need to learn, grow, and ask for help whenever possible.
3, 2, 1.....GO!
