I was really excited to start my new career at this awesome EV company
I have an hourly minimum wage but commission plan is great; ran numbers and 15 cars monthly with gap, extended war, ceramic coating, prepaid service etc. 2-3 of these on each car comes out to 180k annual without the base.

However, made a deal yesterday (3rd day on the job whatsup) and discovered that we don't get paid out until we draw up the paperwork and get the customer to sign, but that doesn't happen until the car is physically here.
Cars are projected to land in December with some orders being pushed into February...
So until then I have to somehow live on minimum wage for before my first payout.
Oh to be the 21st century car salesman...
