Yeah, everyone is cutting and there are more options for bringing people in. I see this as a tightening before a glut of new hires in a year or 2.

@Modro: Sorry to hear that. Most employers on our platform are based out of US, but some are even open to hiring folks from outside US for remote roles. Would you be against that?
