Halfway there, how's Q3 looking?

Our whole sales org did mid-quarter evaluations this week and it looks like a few teams are hurting for pipeline, and most of us are still pretty shy on our quota's.


I feel like I blinked and a month and a half went by. How's everyone else doing?

Thankfully I actually have a solid amount of opportunities to hit quota and more, but I see some of my fellow AE's with pipelines that are almost empty.

I have an enormous upsell on a renewal in September that is like 85% there due to the internal politics of the department buying it. I am entering the stage where I start having work dreams due to stress - if we close this, I will be at 100% for the year and will be getting the largest commission check of my life. So I am just over here thinking about it constantly and drinking wine and watching Stanley Tucci until it's over.

Last year hit 200 percent of number, this year business has been lighter. Both Q1 and Q2 have been quiet yet focusing on 3-4 opportunities to close to get back on target. Going from hero to zero is a bit draining !
