Probably the most technical deal I've had in my role to date. A very technical team that we needed quite a bit of SC support on, and for a while, we were losing to our competitor. Took what I thought was going to be a breakup call outside of a restaurant in Palm Springs, only to have my SC join mid-call, and help them provide a solution for their use case in our platform to swing the deal in our favor.
At the time, they said they wouldn't be able to sign until May due to a security review & the CTO being gone this week. However, the director of engineering helped us bypass this step and we were able to bring it in, annual upfront, this quarter. A lot of ups and downs but stoked on this win against our biggest competitor.
