Start the call by explaining I have a hard stop. About 10 minutes left I hint we are nearing the end, and start to set next steps. 2-3 minutes left I just break the convo, summarize, and set next steps. Close the meeting promptly.
Prospects don't like running long either, my experience is most people have a hard time being the first to leave a meeting, but are never upset that they end on time.

What everyone else said... when nearing the last 10 minutes I make sure to be wrapping up by that point and state that we're nearing the end of our time and then go through my closing bit.ย
Occasionally I get the one that wants to talk forever and in those cases I will usually try to set up a follow up with them for 15-30 minutes to wrap up any loose ends.ย

I've been doing a 16:8 IF cycle for a few months now. I also just started keto, and have found myself fasting for even longer periods. I love it. My energy is up, cravings are down, I don't get sugar crashes or intense hunger pains. I feel more mind clarity and urge to get things done as well.
