Not hiring right now, but should be later this year. It will be interesting to see salary expectations following their explosion in the last year or so...

I had a hot referral to get someone to come interview and my internal team took so long to organize that they took another offer before the first interview started.

I see really experienced people jumping ship/getting cut, and then people who seem to bounce around a lot. The quality people tend to want their deals set up for them, so they just walk in and hand hold. The guys who bounce around a lot are just not the best. I see it as a shit situation all around. I might even take a different Exec/Leadership position.

ummm if you are in charge of a team and you are not doing the recruiting your self....you are missing out.

I would never just rely on someone else to give me ppl on my team. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

I haven't had to be in a position of hiring in a while(by choice) and I can say that I don't miss it. But, I did almost all of my own recruiting at that time.
