AI is a ways off from that. GenAI can provide some high level, vague responses, but of course lacks the breadth and depth of a person. I can understand why you'd want something automated like that, but it doesn't exist.

This is an incredibly vague question and the reason why I hate that "AI" has become such an overused phrase.
That being said, you can leverage a LLM and feed it all your KB articles and technical documentation to create an internal use chat bot. You could use it to help AE's with product questions and technical capabilities.
If you're looking for something to run a product demo or install/configure a POC for a client, you're probably out of luck. You could create something to do this, but it would be WILDLY expensive.

โฆwhy would you want that? The entire point of an SE is to build context and expertise so they can demonstrate and create context in real time.

You could pay for premium chatgpt or gemini and give it a bunch of info on how the system runs and hope it doesnt lie to you but honestly learning the system yourself will always pay great dividends. Anecdotally I've had multiple prospects tell me that me being able to answer technical questions made them feel way more comfortable choosing us since if the sales person gets it it can't be ultra complicated.

To operate as an SE? No.
The best part of a demo or tech deep dive is getting to know the people and to truly listen to what they are trying to solve for. If you want a canned, impersonal experience, then a playback on your website or a chat bot will do. And you'll miss out on all the nuance and personal time that honestly makes a sale that isn't transactional.
