Has anyone ever got the CAN-SPAM threat over email?

witnessed an old can-spam act threat mail in the system for the first time, I didn't know that was real. I thought it was something @Corporate made up for his videos. Have you ever witnessed something similar?

It’s more common with CCPA snd Gdpr then CAN SPAM, but it happens. Kind of reminds me of folks saying “I’ve signed up for the do not call list” back in the day

But the folks that primarily complain do not know organizations have 10-days to respond to requests to remove / flag as "do not contact".  I'm always like "ha" shove it.
